        La versione 1.9.0 dell'emulatore Hatari ( http://download.tuxfamily.org/hatari..._windows64.zip ) ha una 32k intro davvero... "bestiale" ... che gira in emulazione Atari STE

                        Ancora "Bad Apple!!"... ma questa volta su Atari STE in versione "interlacing"



                        "The total size is ~6.5 MB for the program (.PRG, the video :RLE and audio .PCM), so it won't fit on a floppy. Your best bet is to run it off a hard drive. It's tested on the Hatari GEMDOS disk feature with the files on the virtual disk root (as in C:\), but should probably work on ACSI disks too just fine.

                        Recorded on PAL TOS 2.06 (UK version), also tested on NTSC TOS 2.06 (US version). Works fine on both, and should have practically perfect audio/video sync in both too.

                        Complaints:
                        ?: The audio quality sounds bad
                        !: Accidentally recorded with a tiny audio bitrate. It sounds better than in this video.

                        ?: Interlacing effects are pretty bad
                        !: I use weaving to deinterlace, and because it's only 30 fields per second, there's noticeable artifacts.

                        I also made a progressive scan version that doesn't have interlacing artifacts, but has some other drawbacks. [...]

                          Ancora "Bad Apple!!" e ancora su Atari STE... questa volta nella "Progressive Scan Edition"



                          "[...] This is just a changed version of the ST port released recently.

                          Pros and cons compared to interlaced (original) version:

                          + No interlace artifacts (yay, no more yucky mouse teeth)
                          + Higher framerate in a way (30p feels smoother than 30i)
                          - Higher file size for video data
                          - Smaller horizontal resolution (160 instead of 320)
                          - More inefficient (lots of relative indexing with x(An,Dn) to double pixels which is slow). You can see/hear the desync in some parts, although the program will try to catch up.

                            "Amberstar 2: Dungeon-Demo" per Atari ST



                            Ambermoon (1993 - http://thalion.exotica.org.uk/games/...mbermoon2.html -), seguito di Amberstar (1992 -Amiga, Atari ST, PC MS-DOS-) e secondo capitolo della mai completata "Amber Trilogy", è un tecnicamente ambizioso RPG "2D & '3D'" sviluppato da Thalion per Amiga.

                            Ebbene in una prima fase Thalion aveva pianificato anche il rilascio delle versioni Atari ST e PC MS-DOS, iniziando perlatro lo sviluppo del gioco proprio dai 16-bit Atari. Il filmato di cui sopra documenta il funzionamento su ST del relativo 3D engine di Michael Bittner ( http://thethalionsource.w4f.eu/Bilde...on_Preview.zip )
